An economics graduate, Annpurna began working at the age of 26. A teacher of math and history during her initial years, she caught the travel bug early on which soon transformed into her calling. Annpurna coupled her penchant for the cultural and historical knowledge of India with her passion for crafting unique travel experiences, by studying further and attaining an all India tour license in 2010 approved by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. In the same year, she set up Treasures Of India Tours in Jaipur, Rajasthan and began offering tailored tours for inbound tourists from across the globe.

Her wealth of knowledge about the hidden treasures in every corner of the country and first-hand experience in creating fulfilling itineraries enables her to connect with people from different parts of the country seeking memorable experiences.

An alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer, and an economics graduate from Symbiosis School of Economics, Pune, Dushyant began his career as a production consultant in films. Stimulated by his travels across the country as a production manager, Dushyant decided to join his aunt to set up Treasures Of India Tours with a focus on operations.

Through various meetings with foreign professionals on his previous job, he developed a sound understanding of the things that people from across the world hope to explore in India. His knowledge has helped us successfully communicate with and cater to our guests.

Since the inception of the company, he has been responsible for managing every tour offered by the company. For Dushyant, planning and designing tours is a collaborative effort between him and the guests.

WHY CHOOSE TREASURES OF INDIA TOURS ?

Our tours are replete with varied activities ranging from cooking classes at homestays to walks through the local markets, and countrysides too, at certain destinations. We design itineraries that cover the various religious and music festivals that happen throughout the year.

For our guests to experience the local culture and flavours up close, we also organise homestays with local families during these festivals. Every year, we receive tourists from the US and New Zealand which is facilitated through our tie-ups with foreign travel associates. The client base has been integral to our business.

We strictly employ qualified guides only who ensure the sightseeing sessions are fun, informative and safe.Our travel packages are designed keeping in mind that every client is different from the last.

We believe that all travel plans should be peppered with spontaneity as there is no fun in simply going by the books. Hence, we welcome alterations in itineraries and rejig them as per the guests’ requirements.
